Previously, I have been going to 7 to 7 and I’m gonna be honest I never felt cared for valued. I also felt like all the work was rushed and like maybe they didn’t do a good job but it wasn’t giving me pain so I dealt with it and came here looking for just a cleaning. The Dentist notified me that the work that was done at 7 to 7 less than a year ago. Left a gap where bacteria is growing and that I would need a deep cleaning they worked with my budget and my insurance initially Scheduling was a little bit tricky. Something had came up where a doctor couldn’t come in and I felt a little discouraged, but after a while of thinking and reflecting, I understand that things happen life happen and that even dentists have things come up shorthand notice the technician that did my x-rays was so friendly. I feel like we’ve been friends for years and I just met her the doctor was absolutely welcoming, caring kind funny relatable, and took the time to ask. Kyle was doing and explain to me everything that she was doing in my mouth and everything that she saw I’ve never had a Dentist hold up a mirror and let me look inside my mouth and point out what they’re describing that was phenomenal engagement and inclusion. Finally, the lady upfront, who explained to me what my insurance covers in my treatment plan was a master class and customer service. I haven’t gotten any work done here. I was just the consultation and x-rays, but I will be updating my review. I think Texas dental is a godsend and anybody looking for dental care should consider them heavily.

I had a good first time experience here, took me in early and Katherine did a professional job getting my X-rays and pictures done and Dr. Trevino and Mario did a good good job with locating my cavities and doing my cleaning. Pricing is very affordable with my insurance and Katherine provided a in depth treatment plan moving forward. And they have very clean offices too!

I had a great visit with the hygienist Tuesday. He had an amazing candor,personality,and was very professional. He made my appointment go smoothly. I definitely wasn't bored thank you Mario :).

Dr Miranda is the very best, compassionate caring and I believe she throws some little love in her care. Having chronic back pain sitting on the Dental chair, she made it very comfortable and tolerable for me. Appreciate her and her staff. I would give them 10 stars.
