I have been coming to Texas Dental for nearly 8 years now and since the practice opened its new location I always have a wonderful experience there. The staff are all friendly, caring and very helpful. The facility is always exceptional clean too. I just adore Dr. Miranda so much and Mario has been the absolute best hygienist they've ever had.... I hope he never leaves... he is a true asset to the team!

I have had a great experience with Texas Dental for over a year now. I’ve actually had two cleanings and two fillings. The doctor that did my fillings is super positive and friendly and did a very professional job. Mario is my hygienist. Ive actually gone to him for years. I was able to follow him from his previous office to this one. I drive 20 miles from work to the office, but it’s worth it for a great dental experience.

Had my first appointment today and had a pleasant experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist, and dentist were very friendly. Jasmine took care of me for most of my appointment and was a pleasure. She took the time to answer my questions and explain the process of what she was doing. The dentist also was not rushed at all and took her time with me. Made me feel comfortable to express any concerns or ask questions. Never have I ever had a dentist who let me look inside my own mouth while going tooth by tooth with me explaining areas of concerns and why she recommended what she did. This made me feel like they truly cared for me and not just try to up sale me on things I didn’t need. I also not once felt pressured in getting something done that I didn’t feel comfortable with. I am so glad I found this place! Definitely recommend.

Long post but due to details that are relevant :
I called with a dental emergency in the beginning of June. I needed a crown to save my tooth, and I am not new to needing dental work such as crowns, root canals, and fillings. I have gone to plenty of other offices where I felt like I was being pressured to get work done that I either 1) didn’t have money for, or 2) wasn’t part of my initial concern and I don’t like feeling as though my choice is being taken away. So I say that to say I am hesitant to go to the dentist now for anything outside of routine cleanings, because I’ve had terrible experiences at many offices. However, this was an emergency (a cracked molar) and I knew I had to get it taken care of. This office is close to my area, and I decided to try it. The office is clean, the receptionist Sabrina is nice and friendly upon your arrival, and they fit me in quickly. Dr. Trevino was AMAZING. Not only did she explain why she felt her treatment plan was the best option, she also explained that there was potential I may need a root canal in the future. Instead of saying “we won’t do the crown until you go get a root canal,” (which other offices have done to me) she advised me of my options and allowed me to decide what I wanted to do. The first dental assistant at my initial appointment then confirmed with me whether I wanted to get a referral or not to see the specialist, and when I said no she didn’t push further she just asked if I had any concerns about what Dr. Trevino had explained. I went back for the crown build up, and Dr. Trevino explained to me what she was doing and when she was doing it - while I have zero knowledge about the process, this really helped ease my mind about what’s going on. She constantly checked in with me throughout the appt and advised me to call with any issues. Two days later I called to let them my know bite felt off and they saw me later that afternoon to adjust. For my most recent appointment to have the permanent crown placed, I experienced the same level of detail and care again. Dr. Trevino consistently advised what she was doing, what I could expect to hear and to let her know if I felt pain and she would stop. The next day I called because my bite was off (expected with a crown) and again I was booked to see them to correct it that afternoon.

While this is just one experience, I plan to continue to be seen here and will update in the future should my experience change. But for now, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Trevino and the staff here. I didn’t feel like just another number or a $ when I walked in and they took care of me. I am set up for a cleaning in August and I’m looking forward to it.

I've had great experiences with Texas Dental since moving my dentak care there in early 2023. Everyone, from the front desk personnel to the dentists, is fabulous! Communication with their patients is fantastic. Highly recommend!
